Your Raining Cash Emails,membership constitutes knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of the entire terms. Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older. Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that they are complying with local laws and Rainingcashemails is hereby removed from any liability resulting from an individual gaining membership against such laws and regulations.
You must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. Anyone found to be disclosing any of this without our permission will be terminated permanently.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and Raining Cash Emails are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Raining Cash Emails. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Raining Cash Emails. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would
contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the
reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
Raining Cash Emails will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Raining Cash Emails program, even if
Raining Cash Emails has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Raining Cash Emails aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Link Errors:
At times we may send out a link that was for the wrong amount. You understand that if this happens we reserve the right to do a roll back on your account and deduct mistaken earnings from your account.
Cheat Links and Banners:
You understand that there will be cheat links. If you click 3 of these links in 30 days, your account will be terminated without notice to you. If this happens your account will not be restored and you will loose all earnings and referrals. The usage of any email reading software is strictly
prohibited. Bot checkers are used.
Searching:
Only certain countries are allowed to search. The countries allowed are: United States, Canada, Australia,Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland,Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. Raining Cash Emailswill pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate
set by

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing
(SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with

Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for spamming.
